Nick Caduc
Managing Partner
A trusted and highly sought advisor, Nick Caduc brings nearly 30 years of hands-on business and facilitation experience to help leaders and organizations achieve their highest potential. Based on extensive past experience with executive teams, coupled with wisdom earned through his holding senior leadership positions in industry, Nick exhibits a tremendous facility to quickly recognize patterns – thereby helping his clients avoid typical pitfalls as they navigate complexity and change.
Nick has served 100+ companies around the globe – from the Board level to the front line – in industries ranging from Healthcare and Financial Services, to Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Publishing. He received his Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Computer Science from Queen’s University and his MBA from the Rotman School of Management – Executive MBA program.
Extremely active in his community as a volunteer, lecturer, and consultant, Nick is also a passionately devoted sports enthusiast. Currently, he is competing on the Canadian National Triathlon Age Group team.
Lianne Bastien
Partner
Lianne Bastien brings over 26 years of experience to the Team. With a background in Finance and Administrative Management – as well as a passion for managing growth – she has worked in various roles in Banking and as CFO for an International Manufacturing Company.
Actively involved as a volunteer with Bayview Glen School, Lianne is the Chair of the BVG Parent Association and recently received an Ontario Community Service Award for 10+ years of giving back to the Bayview Glen community. As well, she holds a BComm (Honours) in Finance and Marketing from Concordia University.
Another passion for Lianne is personal fitness and wellness, where she teaches Pilates and group fitness classes. When she’s not at the office or on a Pilates mat, Lianne is actively involved as a volunteer with the school attended by her two daughters – Bayview Glen.
Richard Kwinter

A seasoned senior management consultant and executive known for strategic thinking, leadership, and team building, Richard Kwinter brings a career spanning over 30 years in consulting and management. His extensive international consulting experience at the senior executive level encompasses a wide range of industries – including: financial services, aerospace/defense, technology, and manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities complement Richard’s excellent technical skills in information technology and finance.
As founder and principal of Kwinter Consulting – a specialist firm focusing on management process design and installation – Richard uses a highly participative approach with end-users to create processes that not only deliver major gains in cost, quality, and speed, but are fully owned by the people who operate them.
Richard received his MBA in Finance from York University’s Schulich School of Business, his BSC in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, and graduated with Honours from the Canadian Securities Institute.
Mark Caduc
Big Picture Innovation
A technology and innovation leader, Mark brings 30 years of experience and over 15 years leadership success to the team. Working with for-profit and non-profit organizations from startups to large corporations and global alliances, he is passionate about developing and executing digital strategy, building corporate innovation capabilities, and delivering innovative business and technology solutions.
With broad experience across all aspects of IT, Mark is best known for developing and executing digital and technology strategies, developing IT governance, processes, structures, tools and metrics and leading the development of industry-first enterprise application integration and eCommerce platforms. He has also successfully managed innovation pipelines and portfolios, developed collaborative/open innovation networks that engage employees and ecosystem partners in the innovation process, and currently serves as a digital board member of a local non-profit organization.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Computer Science and Geography from Queen’s University. He has lived in Europe and the Caribbean, but Mark, his beautiful wife, Anne and their rambunctious kitten, Willy currently call Montreal home. In his free time, Mark enjoys photography, travel, and genealogical research.
