Over his 25-year career Nick has held a broad range of senior management positions in industry with Exxon/Imperial Oil and has spent the past 15 years leading successful consulting organizations.
As a highly regarded leader in strategy development and execution, Nick has served 100+ companies around the globe from the Board level to the front line, including Air Canada, BFGoodrich, CIBC, TD Bank, Hallmark, Kraft, Rolls-Royce, SickKids Hospital, University of Toronto, and the Young President’s Organization (YPO).
Nick is active in his community where he serves as the Vice-Chair of the Bayview Glen Board and also Chairs their Advancement Committee. He has also provided guidance as a mentor with the Canadian Youth Business Foundation, a strategy consultant with the Make A Wish Foundation, a strategic planning instructor at the CAIS Leadership Institute, and as a strategy lecturer at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School MBA program.
Nick received his Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Computer Science from Queen’s University, and his MBA from the Rotman School of Management – Executive MBA program.

Derek has over 25 years of experience in diverse industries such as consumer packaged goods, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and distribution. His broad management expertise is built on leadership roles in strategy, marketing, sales, and manufacturing.
Over the last 10 years in his consulting career, Derek’s passion has been working with business leaders and their teams to drive sustainable revenue growth through strategy alignment, leadership development, and performance improvement. Derek has also been a Group Leader with a CEO Executive Network that provides member learning and development through peer group meetings and one-to-one coaching. His clients include Procter and Gamble, RIM, Glaxo-SmithKline, PepsiCo, and ServiceMaster.
Derek is a Professor in strategy, marketing, and sales at Niagara College and previously at Niagara University. In addition, he is active locally with Community Care and nationally with Raising the Roof to find long term solutions for Canada’s homeless.
Derek has a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from McMaster University.
With 30 years as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, Rob has served organizations across a broad spectrum: entrepreneurs, mid-market companies, and industry leaders such as Coca Cola, Caterpillar, General Motors, Mannheim, MGM, Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada and Quest.
Rob’s experience includes growing an accounting firm into one of the largest firms in the mid-west, becoming a successful agent for professional NHL hockey players, and starting and selling a number of businesses in both the U.S. and Canada.
Rob has also served on numerous corporate, government or standard setting Boards, including the Accounting Standards Board, the CMA’s National Board and the Budget Analysis Committee, as well as SEDCO and various corporate Boards.
This very rare mix of experience and insight has helped Rob’s clients in creating strategy and guiding them through the alignment and implementation phases of the process.
Rob has a Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, is a Chartered Accountant (Saskatchewan and Alberta), and a Certified Management Consultant (Ontario).

Nneka volunteers significant time giving back to the community, by engaging in various ways, including serving on the governance Board of Bayview Glen School, where she was Chair for six year. She is also on the Board of Trustees of a UK-based charity, Girl Child Network Worldwide and supports other charitable organisations with governance training and developing effective Board culture. She is an advocate who supports causes centred on eradication of gender-based violence and is an expert relied upon by the provincial and federal government in this area, as evidenced by her recent appointment to the Advisory Council on the Federal Strategy Against Gender-based Violence.
